Cell C + IRdata + Nokia connection

I'm with cell c through autopage. Access Point on the phone is set up as no2, GPRS on the phone works fine. The pc connection dials *99***2# with no username and password.

When connecting it shows the normal
Connecting> verifying Username and Password

Then it stops and gives me the following error.
"Your link is either blocked or the device has moved out of range"
(The phone is definately still there)

Anyone any ideas?

Are you using windows sp 1?

If so.. Xp sp1 has a slight problem with infra red, try lower your speed of the IRDA, or speed it up depends on what your existing speed is..
