Cell C Modems & sims 21mbps available at Dion Wired

I just bought the last 5gig dongle from Woodlands in Pretoria, but I think I'm going to stay Failburst. I can't handle 3 disconnects a minute. Anyway I got about 4mbps in Pierre v.Ryneveld (Centurion).

Uhrm, I've had almost no disconnects on Cell C, might you even consider for a moment that there might either be something wrong with that particular dongle, or given that they haven't even launched in Pretoria yet, that they might still be getting the network working? Do you really think it is more realistic to believe that every single user on Cell C's new network gets 3 disconnects a minute?
