As I've seen the first christmas decorations in my local shopping center I guess it is getting near that time of year when office staff have their christmas party two months before Christmas, how many of the forum members would be interested?

Not a bad idea at all Noswal, but surely that should be 'Sentech hooky clause' or 'Sentech wriggle out clause'? Or from a Luser perspective 'Sentech cancellation clause'?
I would suggest April 1 as an appropriate date.
