Conexant ADSL PCI

aloha all

i just bought a Conexant ADSL PCI card and need help to set the thing up i get to where it verifies the username and password but then i get no response from remote comuter any idea how to fix it


here setup i got

Vpi 8 VCI 35
ppp over ATM LCC (RFC 2364)

anything i can try

I think it should be Bridged (RFC 1485) or something similar? I don't know what these mean but those were the settings for my (now uninstalled) connexant USB modem....I think. My memory is fading....

You must use PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet and not ATM).
