Confusing Vodacom website

I was trying to work out my call charges for Talk500s package. If you look at the package page (http://www.vodacom.co.za/pkgcr.do?action=getpkgsgroups&pkgTypeId=1&pkgGroupId=1&packageId=5) you see that there is a peak and off peak rate. However, when you view the page describing peak and off peak times here (http://www.vodacom.co.za/pkgcr.do?action=getpkgmenus&pkgTypeId=1&pageId=2), it says there that,
"Not applicable to Talk 500s, Talk 1000s, Corporate 500s, Messenger packages. For these packages normal peak rates apply."??!!

This seems to indicate that there is no peak and off-peak rate for these packages - that they pay peak rates always. I spoke with Gino on 082 111 who was really unable to assist me with clearing this up. Can anyone explain this?

The second link takes you to a page that discusses predominantly Happy Hour. Happy hour is not applicable to Talk 500s, Talk 1000s, Corporate 500s, Messenger packages. For these packages normal peak rates apply. So if you look at it again on a Talk 500 your normal tarrif rates apply between 17:00 and 20:00
