Controlling connection of a Linux server remotely from Windows

As the title suggest, I was wondering if anyone knows of a program for Windows that connects to a Linux SuSE's smpppd daemon to control the internet connection.
My linux server is the home gateway with an iBurst connection. To control the connectivity, I login through VNC from Windows and use KInternet to do it.

You guys won't believe it but I have actually found that program!
Its in German but atleast you can make out when to connect or not! lol!
Just change the ipconf.txt in the installation directory of that program to the Linux server containing the internet connection with smpppd.

I'm not sure if it'll work for anything else than smpppd.

Just try a few times to download the app if it gives problems. I think its really cool!
