The quickest hearse in the land
was at a friend's place this afternoon.
hear a car with a roaring start - her neighbour has a maserati, thought it was that car.
"maserati man" ? i ask her.
"yes", but not the maserati, a hearse.
I leave - we are walking downstairs, and there sits the hearse: a merc cls63.
by chance the owner arrives, i ask him: "i feel compelled to ask, why is it you swapped a maserati for a hearse" ?
clearly not particularly amused, he replies "its not a hearse".
me: "well yea, sort of - all that's missing is an oak coffin in the back".
he looks at me, looks at my friend, and without a further word jumps in and leaves (off to the cemetery, i assume)
