We trying to remember the game played on a PC and you had gangs or teams or groups from around the world and you would band together to do crimes. You could chat online with each other and people would get the cheats so you had unlimited money and or weapons etc.

I think it closed down because of the cheating.

We played it in the early 2000's or so, does anyone remember it?
