Finlay Tarling (the younger brother of perhaps the better known Josh Tarling), killed after being struck by a car going the opposite direction during the Tour of Portugal. Horrible stuff, RIP.

Shame man. Josh Tarling on the podium on day 1 of the Vuelta as the leading young rider just days after losing his brother in the Tour of Portugal (see above). Feel for the guy. Can see he's still very emotional . He's also 3rd in today's TT.
