whats the best app to block apps from using data or restrict to wifi only.

I have a 250mb bundle which the network says is finished but the stock app on my note 2 says is far from finished

I just want to allow a few apps to access mobile data, the rest can be done at home with wifi

Rooting and installing a firewall is also an option.

if you on ICS then you can use the built in one. dont even need to root and install droid wall.
