Same thing happens to me mate.
I finally deleted the "Cache/interface/WTF" folders from my wow setup and launched the game again.
It removes all your addons etc. and your settings are defaulted, but i managed to connect to the 10man naxx raid.
This whole week i've had shoddy connections and even though i've always lagged out in Kara raids, it's never been as bad as this!
I'm just thankful that my guild loves me as the n00b and haven't booted met yet.
