Could someone advise what you need to dial for MTN / Vodacom in order to go straight to their voicemail without speaking to them ?

Thanks

082(131)1234567
Just dial 131 right after the 082/072/083/073/ect code
It works with all networks...
Try it.

For Cell C it is 084 13 and the last 9 digits.

For Virgin it is 084 14 and the last 9 digits.

A: Yes, by dialing 133 and your cell number you can retrieve your voicemail messages from another phone. You will be asked to enter your password. If you do not have one, you may use the default password 1111.It is wise to create your own password to ensure that access to your messages is confidential.

That example's not making any sense to me though. Hope you can decipher it.

Wow... That is dodge? Basically it means anyone can check my voicemail unless I've changed my password? How many people know about this? Basically you can check any Average Joe's voice messages then...

Yip. My understanding this is basically what News of the world was doing in the UK's "phone hacking" scandal.
