Dow Networks vs Storm, IS

I recently enquired about voip for my company. I searched google and found a company called dow networks. They had a coza site. I phoned the sa number and was connected to there US office in Atlanta. I must say the communication sofar is superb. They stayed in touch like a fly on s**t!
I started using voip using our diginet line. What a pleasure. I am saving big time on calls. I tried before to contact storm, IS etc with no response. at least theses guys responded and got me hooked up. thanks dow.

If I may venture a guess .. but VOIP over a diginet line is always going to be superb ... it's shaped ADSL that's the problem.

IS sales seems to be slipping. Contacted them for colo hosting and diginet lines took them over a week to call back and I am still waiting for the quote I was promised.
Storm I've dealt with before and it was a terrible expierence. Technically it was decent (still below IS/UUNet/SAIX levels) but the accounts, general support desk etc... were useless.
