So this Italian TV show secretly tests 50 MPs for drugs.....

Of the 50 lower house deputies who fell for the trick organised by the programme Le Iene (the Hyenas), almost one third appeared to have taken drugs in the previous 36 hours, 12 of them testing positive for cannabis and four for cocaine, it said.

Lets look at those figures again-
50 tested
12 positive for mary jane
4 positive for cocaine
......- in the previous 36 hours.

I've seen "stoners" become permanently psychotic. Not that that would change much in the average government.

Someone with a predisposition to schizophrenia can have the onset accelerated by the use of hallucinogenic drugs like THC. The schizophrenia would ultimate manifest anyway, it just happens sooner. It isn't known to to cause problems in people without such a predisposition.

However people with schizophrenia are seldom violent.

THC is not known to bring out an individual's violent tendencies as alcohol does.
