That can be labelled as an unfair business practice on the part of Telkom.
BTW: Has your telecomms sector been deregularized to allow other operators such as Telkom to get licences. Ours has on paper i.e. you can in theory get a network operator licence in ZIm but in practice. nobody has been given one for a myriad of reasons cited by POTRAZ; besides, due to the economic situ here, operating a second tel operator is grossly unprofitable.
