For starters - those of us from the DStv forum learnt about a decade ago to keep an eye on ch. 104 MMovies Premiere.
1. In the next few weeks they're doing a number of movies that were on their Box Office (BO) about 6 months before.
Sometimes they won't be repeated, especially some of the ones after midnight. We think they just do that to fulfill the original BO contractual obligations.
2. They also occasionally sneak in a good series after midnight on ch. 104, which is very irritating but at least we know about it ! Not done so much anymore, but note those rarely repeat.
Beyond that - threads like this were mostly used for sharing news of new series on other channels, I think mostly on the British channels. Some of us also discuss doccies here.
