We have a website with a SSL certificate that is hosted by Afrihost on a Shared Linux Website Hosting Plan on a .co.za domain. The email accounts are set up as [email protected].
The Mail Clients for testing are Outlook (Windows) and Thunderbird (Both on Windows and on Ubuntu). The mail accounts and servers for testing are [email protected], [email protected] and our new account, [email protected].
However, we battle to get reliable email setups to communicate between all the email servers with all the email clients.
Where can I find the latest Email Client setups to ensure reliable email communications with our website ?
That includes the type of server, the name/ip address of the server, the connection security, the ports and the authorization requirements, as well as other parameters that are required for both the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers.
