I want to post all my emails to sentech support and replies on the net so
we can all compare answers and have a general laugh...

im beyond the point of caring... calling telkom tomorrow so they can rip me off rather than sentech

id rather have 3 gigs worth of SPEED that i'll know i get than having to pay almost 3 times as much for 102kbps on a 512k package

Fck, cant even log on to my LOCAL ftp server (nevermind international one) thus I lost 8 hours worth of work due to their fcked up system

Hell, my gran on a scooter with a memory stick is faster than Sentech's MyWireless!

Well noone for slightly less than what you're paying at the moment you could get the 384 ADSL package and 12 gigs... which is far more than what you can currently download in a month []

I'd like to see Sentech used as a case study in some marketing textbook - of how to change from one of the liked, respectable companies who the public puts so much hope into to one (perhaps THE) most hated company in South Africa.

This took talent, I really take my hat off to them.
