emule question

I keep getting this message everytime I start emule up:

"No server list address entry in 'addresses.dat" found. Please paste a valid server list address into the file in order to auto-update your server list"

MY question:
Where can I find this "server list address" that they are talking about?

Also my edk servers keep disconnecting, I presume the one problem has to do with the other (namely my server listing being outdated)
