Ethereum available on Luno now

The ETH networks is still VERY slow.
I'm not even touching eth or doing transactions with it until the network is back up to speed.
Not sure how it's affecting Luno but I'm sure there must be delays.
 
Been trying to buy all morning. Just get a message saying try later.
 
Eth network is borked right now.
You're setting yourself up for tears trying to buy / send eth. Seriously. Just wait for things to get back to normal.
 
Network has nothing to do with buying on an exchange. Since technically it never changes wallets on an exchange network doesn't matter and it should be near instant. I just want to know if Luno has fixed these issues. Ever since their slow server and cheating people out of Ether I don't trust them with spot prices.
 
Any idea how Luno gets their ETH pricing?, as an example, the price on the app will state 10k, but when you buy, now they want to charge you 10.5k, it’s like a lottery.
I’ll stick to buying ETH on altcointrader, at least I pay exactly what I see.
I think Luno makes a lot of profit off ignorance.
 
Instead of using the Instant Buy facility, go to the BTCZAR exchange, buy BTC (maker bid, no fees), then hop over to the ETHBTC exchange and buy ETH with your BTC.

Yes I’m aware of this, I just find their instant buy on ETH very scaly.
It’s basically preying on ignorance.
