Extra 10 minutes talktime per month

Received today an SMS informing me of

Great News! As a valued Talk120 customer you can now talk more for less. From 1 November 2006, we have given you an additional 10 bundled minutes per month.

Thanks, but this is not what I really want.

I want lower prices, NOT more bundled doodahs which I won't use at all.

This does not make sense to me, unless I will be using these minutes, but I won't even be touching them. My average is 15 to 30 minutes talktime per month, so the Talk120 is just a waste of money actually.

Come February next year, I'll be taking a long, hard look at the scene before deciding to either stay on with Vodacom (since 1999) or defect to another service provider. By then number portability should be working...

As a valued Talk100s customer (this is where I fell out of my chair laughing) we are giving you an extra 20 minutes a month.

I actually do go over my allocation each month, but only by a little bit so I am quite grateful for this.

For once the contract customers get something back.

I was very happy for this. Why on earth would you complain about getting more for what you paid for

I was quite happy about this too I'm certainly not complaining...an extra 20-minutes and no annual increase.
