Is anyone else experiencing extremely slow international speeds? I am seeing this at 4 separate clients, using different ISP's - Mweb, Telkom, Imaginet - and all are still uncapped. I called Telkom but other than to say that they were having problems with their SMTP server (which was bouncing like a yoyo this morning) they claim there are no problems.

probably is slowish, but not extreemly slow for certain

I have the same problem.
This afternoon it was still zipping at around 380kbps (I have a 384 line) and tonight I'm getting between 300 and 600 bytes per second.
I'm nowhere near my cap.
How does one go about troubleshooting a problem like this

Do a traceroute, ask [email protected] what's up?
