Free Local Bandwidth? I don't understand!

I said R11 billion :sick::eek:

I am starting to get the drift!! :mad: I am sick to my stumack!! :sick:

:eek:R 11 Billion :eek: We need to apply pressure on the investors that continuously apply pressure on corporates to produce more and more from less and less. The capital system drives profits, which in tern costs the consumer more every month. :mad:

Maybe I can make some money by investing in Telkom on the JSE and offset my expenses against my gains on the shares.:(

Sorry mate, but you are missing the point. . . I use almost 60gb local data a month :cool::D:eek:

What the hell are your downloading/uploading. Probably illegal movie content if you ask me... :D Gaming 24 hours a day cannot produce that kind of bandwidth:confused:

I can't verify this, but I'm sure I read somewhere that Telkom made something like R11b (??) profit last (??) year. Surely that's an indication that they make enough money to sustain (and improve) their network as well as drop their fees :confused::confused::confused:

Ok, managed to track down some solid evidence regarding their profit. Here's a link to their consolidated income statement for the last three years
http://telkom.investoreports.com/telkom_ar_2007/html/telkom_ar_2007_111.php

Not sure where I saw the R11b figure, but according to this statement it's R8.8b :eek: Regardless, my point stands :mad:
