A friend asked me which one she should get. I don't really know much about these so I'd appreciate if anyone can advise. Is screen size the only difference?

I don't know specs either but was also pondering the 10" vs 7" over the weekend (but specifically relating to a cheap Android tablet). During my research comments about the weight and portability of a 10" came up which had me personally leaning towards the smaller tablet.

From what I see, the only differences are the size, battery and internal storage.

Only the size from what I could gather so went with the 7.0. Keep in mind though that the accesories for the 7.0 especially the HDTV cable aren't available

Nexus 7 ;-) I own a 10.1 and Samsung are horrible with updates

I opted for the 10 inch. Three reasons, I read my newspapers, magazines and comics on it and I think the 7 inch screen is too small for that. In fact the 10 inch screen is ideal for comics.

For books and email and documents it does not matter so it really depends on what you intend using the tablet for

i know its not really an option.. but the 8.9
:-)

Also sitting with this dilemma atm. Must admit I am leaning towards the 10". But then again I never denied being a size queen :D :p
