I used GPS Status app and forced the aGPS to update. Works fine.
What exactly did you change? I've played around but still can't pick up signal

ThanksI just changed the setting to download new assisted GPS data if it is older than an hour. Give it a few minutes outside and you will get a lock.
Anyone have one of these:

Hey guys, been reading and following this thread and others on this device.
I currently have a note 3 which is fully rooted running Lollipop CM12, I use this as my daily driver. I also have another sim card which has stupid amounts of airtime on it, over R1 000 at this moment. I was considering getting on of these phones for use in my car. My car has a bluetooth phone connection for GPS and calling. Probably wont be using it for multimedia such as whatsapp, facebook, emails etc.
Is this worth spending R399 on this purely to utilize my 2nd sim card in the car?
Thanks for the advice
I'd say so... Just know that the GPS is nowhere near as good as the Note 3
When I used it just for calls it lasted 3 or so days... That halved when I installed whatsapp and various other appsWasn't expecting it to perform anywhere nearly as good as the Note 3. Was more likely going to be a spare backup phone with primary usage being a phone
, i.e. calling and messaging. Whats the battery life like on this? Its pointless if i have to keep charging it up every night as its pretty much staying in my car and i dont feel like using cables to keep it charged with a car charger
