Good advanced MS Excel course in Cape Town?

I have a friend looking to do an advanced MS Excel course in the Cape Town area. Can anyone recommend a good training solution? There are numerous options, but if anyone has a tried and trusted contact, please share! Any help would be appreciated.

There are plenty of great resources online - Excel can get quite advanced, but to me its not that complicated that it would require you to attend a course. If I want to create a spreadsheet and there is an element I do not know how to use, I just google it - very effective Thats just my 2 cents - and the option thats not going to cost anything.

Youtube is also a good source to view demonstrations on how to do certain things in excel.
