I always thought the Asus WL-HDD 2.5 looked like a cleaver little unit. Its major winning appeal being the fact that it is wireless.
The firmware is based on a Linux port and there is a whole bunch of custom firmware for it, adding all sorts of useful features.
The only place that seems to have it for sale in South Africa is TechDigital, it's slightly more expensive then the D-Link DNS-120 but maybe Person can supply it at an even cheaper rate
