I'll be honest - there's no easy way. I use different browsers if I'm using different accounts. Works this way for other sites, too - twitter, for example.

the cool thing is that you can add a +token and then follow the trail to see who sold your details to a third party.

I have found multiple places that do not accept +'s in their emails. But yes, I use that too.
