Well, if you guys know my whole internet saga, it started last year with my telkom fight to get relatively decent lines installed in my house/complex, and the pinacle of pleasure, the feast of fun, the absolutely awesome Action from our friendly road builders made even my dodgy telkom line, sitting pretty on the sidewalk.....
but... i finally bit the bullet and got the wife to agree on me getting the high gain antenna from powerband.
Yes, 2300 bucks later, and I , sir, am the newest happy sentech customer.
Yes, i would post photos of the dish (no pun intended), but as luck would have it digital camery #1 's batterieS were flat and i was to lazy to unpack my DV came that has still photo options.
Basically, i have this antenna, on my roof, and i get 2 bars, and my download speeds are awesome.

Lets start with sentech.
There helpdesk is very nice, helpfull, sorted, my hat tipped to them, because they do their job. (Sarel and Callie , big [

To the people who havent have been slack on re activating my account, i give a bit [V]. dissapointed. I was told it would take 2 days to do, I did my reactivation account (which was deactivated because as you know, I had no signal where they said i would have signal, and contrary to popular believe, march was not the month where i would suddenly get signal because they installed more towers.)
Powerband people. Donald, the sales dude, I put the wife on him, because my interpersonal telephone skills make my look slightly dimwitted because I dont speak consistantly. Donald Came and went, tested and said, i would get signal. Donald gets a [
]
Wayne and Jaques who came to installed the antenna supplied by Powerband (who subcontracts the fellas above, it seems, who are from CITC (says so on the car, assuming here)) were excellent. As said before, i put on my extra goofy mode because i was excited to have some internet connectivity. These guys could not find signal where donald found signal, in the end it was climbing up on my roof (i have a double story, which is a whole different story), finally, he(wayne) got signal, and we ended up pointing the antenna to tower 12 (which i must say, i wish i knew where that was) W&J gets a [][:X]
So yes, I have 128kb setup, and i am still waiting on sentech (dont ask, another story on its own)
