Good Day

I have this enourmous issue of a person who left our company without notice; now my company has assigned me the messy job of trying to organise the emails so that it can be searched and viewed by other people too.

Its easy to Import from Outlook using Access; but any embedded objects or attachments are lost.

has anyone faced this kind of scenario before?
Are there any developers who wouldnt mind throwing me a line of advice!!!

My aim is to reconstruct the "Story Lines" of each email using the Subject and its datestamp; where if you group by Subject and sort by date you will have a choronolical representation of the story line.... make sense.

Any help suggestions or comments will be welcome.

I'm Taking a wild guess but have you switched it to HTML format ?

Pitbull - thanks for your post.

I have stumbled across some utilities that can do it; but how do I get it back into a database once they're all in HTML?

thanks,
m.a
