Hi

I hope you guys can help me...

Like you, I have had endless bad experiences with iBurst since signing up. I am now fed-up and want to get rid of them. How do I go about cancelling if I have a contract (don't know why I was so stoopid to sign one with them)? I feel that they are clearly in breach of contract, given the levels of service - so how do I prove this??

if you look in the " It's Official, WBS has canned the 64kbit policy, welcome to 'pay per byte'" thread i explain the necessary steps. Dont worry you are intitled to cancel so dont feel bullied into staying on the contract.

1. mail [email protected] state reasons for canceling
2. phone accounts on 011 877 47 46
3. mail [email protected] inform her that you have sent email to musa, so she can stop the billing to your account.

The above is what jj posted in that thread, BUT how can you cancel when musa does not even reply to any of her emails!!!!

as long as you have informed her its fine....i thyink she is still learning how to send mail so be patient!

Man i have a log of how long i have been trying to downgrade and its a joke.
yet the keep billing me month in month out.
sigh

Any luck to cancel ??? MrH

Not yet as I'm waiting to see what happens next month, you never know just maybe it improves.

I'm trying to avoid telkom as I had major problems with them after cancelling.

They disconnected me on the agreed date, but still charged me for 2 months afterwards. I spent almost 2 solid days on the phone getting bounced from person to person trying to sort it out.

So that been said I am a bit weary getting involved with telkom yet again.

My comment about musa was because I have emailed her a few times and have never recieved a reply although I can see she recieved the emails.
Why she even bothers having an email address I don't know, maybe I should try sending her smoke signals.
