I have and have no interest in that game. I already work for a living, not about to ad work to my hobbies.

Was fun, once. I honestly enjoyed it once the car was assembled to the point of nearly starting and driving, the troubleshooting was fun, but that's it.

The biggest problem with the game is not the gameplay persay.

The problem is once you start buying and restoring your own houses.
You can dress it up as much as you like, it will make no difference when it is time to sell.

The 'algorithm' only detects whether it's dirty, or if all the walls are painted etc when determining the buyers price.
Defeats the purpose of restoring really.
You may as well slap any thing on the walls and still get offered the same price.

Almost.
I am being very harsh on the game. It has some merit. You can knock down walls for example to create a open plan area. You furnish the room etc. Re-designing and fixing up can be fun.

The end game (buying, restoring, selling) is disappointing though, because of the reason given #8
