How do i boost signal strength?

Hi,

I just bought the E3131 hoping to do some gaming with it while i wait for telkom to eventually come and fix my ADSL. However my signalk strength is -101dB and my latency is 3000ms on average

Is there no homemade solution to boost it a bit? I don't have a usb extender.
