I am not even getting 1k p/s via http. It is really bad...

nope... I've been online all day.. it's been really great speeds here.... even now!

i am capped and the speed going oversea is a nightmare. Not even a k per second.

I'm capped but my international is fine. No problems with speed today.

I found page loading speed was ok for first 30s right after reconnection. But after a while,when i try to go to other pages, speed dropt to not even 1k/s. What might be going on? Or i am the only person experiencing this?
