HP Compaq desktop OS

I have a HP Compaq desktop running Xp pro and need to use it as a server for a while. How do I install server 2003 on this pc. Nothing I tried seems to work, please help!

WHY DO YOU WANT TO INSTALL SERVER 2003

windows xp can act as a server, it just doesnt have the security features

i setup an accounting company's server with windows xp as it doesnt really need to be a secure server

The pc will run exchange as well for two weeks, hence server 2003.
