What accessories are you looking for?
As for Windows Mobile 6.0 .. the only place you can get it is from HTC .. it will be highly unlikely that it will be available .... unless you get a cooked ROM ..

mmmmmmm .... the 620 is not that popular yet .. so i doubt you will find pouches and spare batteries for them on the shelf ... special order yes ...
