HTC Tytn

It doesn't allow you to change it. You have 2 options (YYYY instead of yy).

I had the Jam since its introduction about 3 years ago. I then had the K-Jam for about 8 months before I received my TyTN this year January.

The TyTN is great, they have made some great improvements since the Jam. The video calling works great. It runs faster than either of its predecessors. The battery life is better than its predecessors BUT that is of course as long as you do not use 3G/HSDPA all that much .....Overall it's a great device has some nice improvements like the new enhanced smart dialling which highlights numbers you called recently in red.

The TyTN can also be hacked a lot easier than any of the iMate devices. iMate locks their phones extended rom and you cannot apply any enhanced Roms without waiting for an official iMate release of a rom upgrade. Whereas with the HTC you can easily do a variety of upgrades to your phone without waiting for an official rom from them. Unfortunately this is an advanced issue and I would not encourage most users to ever try modifying roms on their phone unless they absolutely know what they are doing. But the point is that it can be done easily.
