But the fact that they are closed at the moment for aplication could mean that their current capacity is full and you wont get much out of them.

I can't complain...been using them for about a month now. No problems ever. Nothing regarding latency anyway.

Your internet still works without them, cause they only route you to the WoW servers via their VPN dialup.
