The Huawei Mobile Partner software is also available for the Huawei E620, go directly to Huawei's E620 download page and download the file E620-UTPSB002D03SP09C03 (Normal).

My apologies for cross-posting, but I have noticed many of you forumites are 'brand-loyal' and don't read the other mobile data forums.

download but, can'not install. using winzip, it read:
setup or install program filename contains folder information. Use Actions/CheckOut instead.

You only have to download E620-UTPSB002D03SP09C03 (Normal).

Huawei Data Card Firmware:

As far as I can tell this is a dashboard upgrade, not an updated firmware.
