And here's one from the other side of the law... drunken argument with a firearm, and it's a bloody police commander. For anyone else that'd be a lot of jail time, and he'd never touch a gun again.

Serving the law does not put you above it...

chiskop, decision makers need to feel the effects of their decisions. Ordinary people suffer worse every day because of the blind arrogance of the leadership of the SAP. The only way they'll change is if they suffer.

Total justice, now if it would just happen to Mbeki, we might start getting a response out of government!
Make me wonder if all we need to do is start a nation-wide campaign to send him a copy of our phone bills.

and that would help how?
Do you think the guy has seen a phone bill in years? Recall how our beloved MOC declared she doesnt even know how much her cellphone charges are.

It is a lot harder to deny change need be effected if there is a mountain of phone bills in front of you all showing the exact same thing.

Or we could do nothing collectively - cos thats really working well isnt it. ;)

ahh got it, Ok so who has his address where we can send these;)

According to the paper, the cops spend 5 hours at his house investigating the crime.
5 hours is probably how long they take to get to my house!

Pretoria East is suffering a real lot from this crime, exactly as happened to this guy, its not a hit or anything like the one guy tried to suggest, they dont care who the people are, they just walk or drive around, see a oppertune place and time, jump over the fence/wall and wave their guns and take what they want...
