Is iBurst shaped to stop or slow down FTP access?

I am having problems in uploading files to a site that I am helping develop. Specifically images.

Gee, wonder why I was so surprised. There are some days when I actually justwant to go over to WBS' offices and throttle everyone!!! :mad: :mad:

Is there anything that works properly in this country? :confused:
