again we forgot to introduce ourselves officialy, we are iburst and have come to this site to look after our customers. we believe customer complaints is a good feedback to better our service, and shying away is a perfect way to make your customers more angry. We are very lucky that there is an independent forum site such as "MY ADSL" where customers can vent their anger in public. we are not perfect at iburst, we are learning and our motto is "Customer is KINGS". It is a process that will need to infiltrate thouroughly throughout our staff over time. We read and address all the concerns expressed here particularly by our customers.

As much as we critisize each other lets build this global advantage together. Thanks to all our customers who are making it possible for us to grow in this business. It's not easy. But we are doing all we can to make this pioneering excercise a success.
