iburst PCMCIA & Windows XP ICS

Greetings,

I need to setup Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) between my home computer and my work notebook using the PCMCIA card. I have done this before in the past (using dial up) but using your service there seem to be a configuration step I am missing. Basically I see the Internet gateway from my home computer, see that its connected and can resolve DNS names on the Internet. The problem is I cannot ping or browse external sites on IP or FQDN.

Here is my setup:

Notebook with iBurst PCMCIA adapter:
OS: XP SP2
Local area connection 1 - 192.168.0.1 / 24 (no firewall)
iburst WAN miniport. ICS is setup here. Firewall enabled.

Home Computer
OS: XP SP2
Local area connection 1 - Obtain IP from Notebook automatically.(no firewall)

Note: I can browse resources from both PC's - ie. the network is fine...

i guess the thing that confuse me is the fact that when you connect, there is a iburst LAN (Local area connection 2) and the WAN mini port connection. I tried enabling ICS on both connections.

I also tried the following:

Disable firewalls on all connections.
Got no Anti virus on Home PC - 64bit windows....
