Anyone having problems with the iburst mail server ? cannot send or receive and no reponse from helldesk !

More than likely this is simply related to their excessive packet loss and latency issues on their network...
More than likely they'll blame it on the Miami international link eventually ... not that the international links has ANYTHING to do with the local problems ;-)

After a long wait i got through and the response was it is due to "speed" problem

iBurst is really getting useless now.. this packet loss has been going on for 2 days now..
