"Infinite data" bug fixed?

Anyone else noticed?
It seems like the "infinite data" bug on MTN has been "resolved"..

I've been unable to carry on beyond R0.00 airtime on 3 simcards so far..

Yes, I suspected they had changed something.

Bastards stole R5 from my credit in the process of their 'upgrade' and are denying there has been any change.

Also notice that you now cannot connect at all without credit. ALSO BEWARE that just attempting to connect will set you back a rand or 2 - even if you get no data through!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yea noticed that too... you used to be able to connect always even without credit - you just wouldn't get any data throughput..

Again, the 'engineers' at MTN told me "nothing has changed". We know better

actually,you can connect for free,you change your apn to internet on phone and on pc,set your redial attempts to wat ever your heart desires,and wait to connect,do this from 8 in the evening as network is busy,only thing is it lasts for 3hrs max then it disconnects you,so its partially free,try it out,you will have success.....this is how im connecting ever since they fixed the infinte bug,looks like they have another bug too fix
