International URL's not accessible

It's impossible for me to connect to international sites ATM.

I'm in Centurion with 2.5gig left on my account. Anyone who shares this problem?

It's usually an intermittent problem for a few minutes [up to an hour once], then all the poxy errors go away...not sure if it's caused by WBS, or upstream of WBS - like UUNET, or Telkomonopoly, or Red Piranhas that escaped from South America & decided SAT3 was tastier than meat...

I was just going on something I saw sihen and ReeFer (both WBS employees) talk about on #iburst, if you want more you should talk to them, Simple Twist Of Fate can back me up, he was there the same time and we discussed it in PM.

I gave up on #iburst a few months back, mainly due to Dylan never answering any questions asked of him, if #iburst was in fact a source of regular and useful info, I would certainly keep chatzilla tuned into #iburst...
