Is 082155 on 24 hrs?

Is 9 o'clock on a Sunday-night a peak time for this kind of thing, or is there simply nobody home? I've been holding for about 20 mins. now and counting.

If it's a matter of me calling at the wrong time, I could easily call back in the wee hours of the morning, but then if it's simply a case of no-one being there to take my call that wouldn't really help.

I have called them at 1am on a monday morning/ sunday night.
Maybe they asleep. Voda needs to attach shock prods to the seats and activate them late at night so when the phone rings ....... lol
