Anyone else having problems sending out email using the Internet Solutions ADSL service? 50% packet loss to their mail server

I'm with axxess & am having a problem checking mail it's totally screwed, before this problem my mail was coming in ridiculiously slow too. I'm told via axxess that it is a telkom issue, think it's been like this for 3 days now, honestly.
