IS capped users for October(30 GB)

still going at 39 ... wonder if this is by design ... or a flaw?? would be kewl if IS is actually imlementing unlimited local
 
DUDE LOCAL IS BASICALLY FREE DO THEY CARE if use 60 gigs? no they want our business

just like telkom not capping after 3 gigs :)

i got capped at 33gbs on my 30gb local and capped at 11 gigs on my 10gig local. Both this month :( :( :(
