Is rebeltech still fine to use?

Yonks ago, .. years before you guys even closed. As if anyone would keep emails from that long ago, let alone a bad company/experience with said company. There wasn't even a case of "lets ship it back and see", just a flat out response of "no sort your own issues out".
Who deletes emails? Only delete spam emails, otherwise I keep everything else since the day I got my GMAIL account.
Unfortunately in this day and age if you don't have proof its just your word to go on.

Not always the case. Yonks ago when I ordered a Logitech mouse, after 5 odd months later claimed warranty due to faulty clicking and Rebeltech's answer was "not our problem, contact Logitech" Avoided them completely since :p

Doesn't sound like rebeltech at all, quite the opposite actually. I know for a fact that they assisted people with warranty claims for stuff not even purchased from them where other dealers dropped the ball.

End of the day the guy asked about rebeltech, gave a response about my experience with them. No company has a 100% success story from all their customers. I bet most don't even bother replying to threads or know of this thread.

I'd be one of those extremely few "no issues" stories with Evetech where i never had an issue with them regarding ordering/refunds or warranty issues, yet there's countless complaints saying otherwise. You dont see me going on and on and on about how that cant possibly be true

Just an update for anyone else looking for more recent feedback on buying from Rebeltech - I just ordered numerous Noctua fans from them online and had no issues whatsoever with my purchase or delivery.

Unrelated but related, why on earth is their delivery R150?
Probably the steepest delivery fee I've ever seen on a local online shop

On Saturday, my Ducky Keyboard (well within its 2 year warranty period) literally started burning by its USB-c port, with both the keyboard and cable being damaged. I am extremely frustrated to find out that in addition to the R199 I had to spend on a cheap keyboard, Rebeltech will charge me for both courier pickup and delivery back to me afterwards, adding on another R300. Is that incredibly unfair and not okay a policy, or is it just me?

"Additional Information

All warranties will be subject to a warranty claim process and approval of the warranty claim by either Rebel Tech and/or the manufacturer.

Should a warranty claim be submitted and approved within one (1) year from date of purchase, we will cover all courier and/or transportation fees, including collection from you, and should a replacement be issued, the delivery of the replacement product will be free of charge.

Should a warranty claim be submitted and approved after one (1) year from date of purchase, you will be liable for all courier and/or transportation fees, including but not limited to collection, return, and any other transportation costs that might arise."

So the first year they claim liability but after that its on you... kinda scumbag if you ask me... You bought it from them and it broke it should be their problem... They sold a product that couldn't even hold up to what is deemed its minimum life expectancy...

It's there in their T&C's so nothing you can really do they will just throw this at you and say because you bought from us you agreed to our T&C's

Their shipping is a little heavy considering some of their competitors charge half what they do.
Surely if it's a warranty claim you can organise the shipping.. but then again you are only going to save R100 anyway.
